Weekly payroll

• £1.58 per person per pay slip per week per employee
• 10% discount applies for organisations with 120 or more staff

Monthly payroll

• £1.58 per person per payslip per month per employee- up to 100 employees
• 100 to 120 employees -0.25% discount
• 120 to 150 employees -0.33% discount
• 150 to 200 employees -0.50% discount
• 200 and above-1.00% discount

Weekly /monthly service charge

• for general admin up to 120 employees £2750.00
•  120 and above employees £3250.00

P60’s P.14’s

•  A charge of £3.00 per employee will be made
•  P.35s a charge of £30.00 will be made

P11Ds

• to produce these for the employee will incur a cost of 3.00 and for the employers statement a fee of 30.00

Sub contractors

• To produce the sc60 details on a weekly/monthly basis will incur a fee of 45.00
•  the year end procedure will be a one-of fee of 80.00
•  Self assessment to produce the self assessment details on a weekly/monthly basis will incur a fee of 45.00
• For Self Assessment the charges are the same as above for Sub Contractors
• Accounts
  • To produce a part set of accounts £99.00 per month
  • To produce a full set of accounts £110.00 per month
  • The Year End Accounts will attract an additional £20.00
  • The Partnership will supply each individual client with a Client Profile which will also include a full set of charges to be made
  • Any amendments can be made to data at any time by the client advising the partnership of changes via telephone or e-mail. Within an agreed timescale
  • New clients will be offered a minimum discount of 5% after the first year.
