About Us
True to Life Ltd is a family business offering a personal service. We are constantly looking for new products particularly in the area of positive identity. Many of our products can be used in an educational capacity, but also in a play environment within a nursery or childminding setting.

Products & Description
All products, services and prices in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the order now button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding you will receive an order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to withdraw from the transaction within 2 weeks without having to give any justification, so long as you do so in writing (letter, email) and by returning the goods to us, unused and in their original packaging. If you are a freelancer or professional buyer the current statutory provisions for return of goods shall apply. The period begins (at the earliest) when you receive the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if your written notification and the goods are sent back within the timeframe mentioned above. Please see returns policy for return addresses. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of goods.
Delivery policy
True to life Ltd use Royal Mail postal services for all its items. High value orders will require a signature on delivery. We deliver to mainland UK addresses and additional charges will be made for Southern Ireland and deliveries outside of the UK. We will contact you direct regarding this before shipping.
When can you expect your delivery.
We will despatch your parcel within 3 days on items which we stock, but this may extend to 28 days depending on our suppliers, or if an item is out of stock.
Postage costs
A charge of £4.95 is added to each order for postage and packing UK orders only. Orders over £250.00 excluding postage will be shipped free within the UK. ALL PURCHASERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM MUST CONTACT US BY EMAIL FOR POSTAGE COSTS BEFORE ORDERING Overseas postage will calculated and you will be advised prior to shipping.
Orders not arrived.
If your order fails to arrive within 14 days of despatch, please contact us. If we are aware that a delay is likely we will contact you by telephone or email. If you do not receive an order confirmation or delivery advice within 14 days and we have not contacted you to advise of late delivery, you are no longer legally bound to your purchase.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the order leaving our premises. We retain the right to withold an order if the payment is rejected by the card service or payment service or any fraudulent activity is suspected. We can only accept orders in British Pounds (GBP). Overseas purchasers may use Paypal for payments sent to truetolife@hotmail.co.uk.
Returns Policy
At True to Life Ltd we try hard to ensure that all products are in good working order and condition, and pack them carefully so that they arrive in the condition they were sent. From time to time things go wrong and would therefore ask you to contact us as soon as you receive a product that is faulty. Please contact by telephone to discuss the problem and we can arrange a replacement or refund. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. Always obtain proof of posting when returning any items. Please note True to Life Ltd cannot refund postage costs. Privacy Policy
We at True to Life Ltd will protect our customers privacy and details (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) we will not pass on your details to any other companies, but may send you updates via the post or email. We do not store your credit card information on our systems.
Security
At True to Life Ltd we take security very seriously. All electronic payments are via an encrypted SSL server. These servers are protected by the latest firewall technology and anti hacking detection monitors. We do not exchange any credit card details or other sensitive data as plain text over the internet, everything is encrypted. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. The transaction is between your card supplier and our bank.
VAT Invoices
True to Life Ltd are not as yet VAT registered, and although the web page say inclusive of VAT. This does not mean that we can issue a VAT invoice, and therefore any purchaser will be unable to recover the VAT element of the sale. The VAT inclusive shown on the web site is part of the background template and cannot be altered or superceded. Sorry for any inconvienience this may cause.
