Total Care provides a range of domiciliary and personal care services to large numbers of people. We work closely with families and professional bodies such as Social Services, GP’s, Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Close collaboration with these professionals is often necessary in order to ensure that you receive the correct care package for your needs, particularly where the necessary care packages are complicated.

Our Care Team and Your Guarantee of Service
All our care workers are fully trained, experienced, honest and friendly. At all times we offer caring and competent workers who will provide you with respect and assistance giving you the support necessary for you to maintain your independent lifestyle workers are carefully selected in order to ensure they are able to undertake the varied, challenging and multi skilled role of a carer. Rigorous checks are made on all our care workers, including checks on their qualifications and experience. Appropriate references are always sought for all our workers.
Having well trained workers is an integral part of the care packages we are able to offer, and so our workers receive regular training updates which continue throughout their service with Total Care. Workers are provided with regular supervision. At all times your records on the care you receive from Total Care remain confidential.
Initial Visits
It is possible to arrange, free of charge, an initial visit from one of our management team in order to discuss an individuals particular needs, and we will offer advice on which services may be appropriate. This initial visit also provides an opportunity to discuss any financial assistance which may be available.
