Training ensures that operatives:

• Understand risk assessments and carry out their requirements.
• Inspect plant and equipment and immediately report defects.
• Are competent to operate powered plant and equipment.
• Lift and move loads correctly.
• Minimise the risks to gas, electric, water and other service pipes and cables.
• Correctly install and use ladders, scaffolding and access towers.
• Know how to handle the concerns raised by tenants and clients and ensure information is passed to the appropriate Customer Care team.
