The phrase 'interim resourcing' has become increasingly common in the public sector but it’s not a phrase we use to describe what we do. We think of our service as Flexible Resourcing because we believe that organisations looking for resourcing support usually want a range of expertise and approaches that go beyond that found in a single job description or role.
Flexible Resourcing is about finding the right person to fill management and resourcing gaps for our clients. It is a way of getting access to several different sets of skills over a short period, adds capacity and expertise to projects and provides an independent assessment of an organisation’s service.
Our clients are able to hire people whose skills and experience are tailored to the outcome they need at a fixed cost and bring in individuals or teams on a full or part-time basis.
With every expert who comes to work with you, we provide back-up resources of knowledge and expertise across a wide range of specialisms. Our Associates will work with you on a single project – coming in and out of the organisation as you need them, or will stay with you for a fixed number of days every week over a period of months running your services, acting as change managers, coaching and supporting your staff.
Some situations require more complex solutions needing a range of expertise and experience that only a team can provide. We can make up the right team of people for the situation your organisation or service is facing, bringing in the right skills as and when you need them. Whatever the problem, we can offer confidential investigations, audits and effective solutions.
