As, Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers, we undertake a range of services for our various clients. The majority of our time is spent in the provision of Structural Engineering services. The scale of our schemes ranges from large multi-storey apartment blocks and extensive warehousing and distribution centres to housing and domestic work. We are active in the retail sector and have recently completed projects for DIY stores; car showrooms; large supermarkets; furniture and kitchenware shops. We have also been active over the years in the entertainments sector and have provided our services on Cinema; Theatre; Aquarium; Nightclub and Leisure Centre projects We also provide assistance to many Housing Developers, providing design of steelwork and reinforced concrete elements; masonry walls and structural timber and timber frames; as well as the highway and drainage issues. We have undertaken many structural investigations of structural defects and subsequently produced repair schemes for remedial work.This has involved us in working on many historic and listed buildings and bridges.
Under the Civil Engineering banner; we have designed and detailed road schemes and bridges; extensive drainage schemes and SUDS projects.
We also provide a service in the field of Maritime Engineering and have completed schemes for ports; loading jetties and marinas.
Our Hydrological division deals with Flood Studies and complex drainage issues at planning stage, when solutions are being sought to satisfy the planning authority and the Environment Agency.
We also involve ourselves in the design and construction of small Hydro-Electric schemes which takes us around the world.
