EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT



INTRODUCTION:

Application forms will ask only for details relevant to the post.

• Details on the Personal Specification will match the tasks listed on the Job Description and these will form the basis for the
advertisement, short listing and final selection.

• Training:

To value the views and experience of our employees and develop their skills and abilities regardless of race, disability, age or
gender.

• Equal opportunities issues will be incorporated in all training and development activities to allow all staff equal access to
participate fully in staff development

• Client:

To consult, value and implement the views of our client in ways that will meet the diverse needs of our community.

• Review & Monitoring:

All efforts will be made to ensure that these objectives are being met and regularly reviewed in order to meet the needs of
service users from all sections of the community.
