Kern Management Ltd was formed as an independent company in May 1998 by Robert O’Brien FRICS, formerly a director of Beard Dove (now Capita Plc).  Our staff possess a wide range of professional and technical skills and expertise. We have a client base within both private and public sectors.

Kern Management Ltd offers a full spectrum of high quality, property and construction advisory services. The Director and associated staff have combined knowledge and expertise which has won them a diverse range of projects from within the building, facilities management and property industries.
The company has identified an increasing need by clients for a management service to guide projects successfully through from inception to completion - a service that would run in conjunction with the orthodox surveying aspect. In times of increasing specialisation, Kern Management Ltd has found this new approach a valuable addition to its portfolio of services.

When required, we successfully liaise with companies that provide the “bolt on” specialist services that we do not have in-house. This ensures that clients have their requirements fulfilled.
