| Jennings Roofing Ltd has a committed and reliable workforce, many of whom have been in the company for many years. At present the company has a staff that includes 40 roofers, who are comprised of slaters, tilers, felt fixers, 6 plumbers and 4 joiners. Jennings also employ two clerical staff,a contracts manager, a contracts director and of course Mr Graham Jennings and his sister Denise Fozard, who acts as the Company Secretary. |

| Jennings is instilled with the family values of tradition and offering a service which is personal and tailored to the needs of the individual, no matter how big or small the contract. The emphasis is on the quality of the workmanship, and not so much on the amount produced. |

| Jennings currently occupies premises that have 1600 sq. ft. of office space, 4500 sq. ft. of yard area. To cope with the creation of new business the office space was expanded in 1996. This has aided the company in expanding its market share by gaining more business from local authorities. |

| To aid success in the future, Graham Jennings has adjusted the Company's customer-base so that the company can take on more business that is reliable and secure. This policy has proved itself already with Jennings' turnover estimated to increase from £5 million to £6 million in the coming financial year. |

| Jennings Roofing Ltd are constantly reviewing and considering investment in all aspects of the business. With the advent of tighter controls on quality and health and safety formats investment has had to be made to cope with the increased level of paper work. This has seen the company investing in modern office equipment and computer system. |

| Jennings among their other attributes are also award winners. In 1996 the company won a civic trust award (which is awarded for improvement to a town or city centre). This was awarded to Jennings for the work they carried out to AlmsHouses, 50-64 Victoria, Shipley. This work was commissioned by City of Bradford Metropolitan Housing Project. |
