AquaTrap Is an economic means of upgrading your vacuum system by removing water vapour present in a range of vacuum applications. The Aquatrap provides a unique pumping surface providing maximum conductance for optimum pumping speed. It’s low profile (38mm) allows Aquatrap to be integrated into the vacuum system with minimal modification to existing vacuum connections. The refrigerator has no moving parts, and no increases in vibration to the vacuum system. Aquatrap has no cumbersome cold refrigeration lines. The compact compressor can be upto 100 feet away from the refrigerator. The system comes with a simple specially designed controller. Aquatrap is designed for up to five years maintenance free operation with an MTBF of 100,00 hours. CryoTiger The Cryotiger® system was developed as a new unique closed cycle gas cooling system to replace the use of LN2, thus enabling the system to run continuously unattended. This makes Cryotiger® ideal for remote locations, production processes and applications with limited access. Cryotiger® eliminates the need for replenishment of LN2 and offers continuous operation for to up to 5 years. The standard Cryotiger® cold head is typically installed in detector applications such as CCD`s, IR, X-ray/EDX and FTIR. The novel TigerTail was introduced where small interfaces were required. This design provides a heat station similar to the standard CryoTiger. However the heat exchanger is now contained within the flexible connection to the compressor (Tail). This eliminates the need for interconnecting gas lines and provides a smaller cold end for easier installation to systems with limited access. Cryotiger® is rapidly becoming a standard product offering in many industries that traditionally used LN2, other electrical or mechanical coolers.
