There are to be 220 self-employment Agent opportunities within the UK for the right people who want to run their own operation, with our idea and under our brand, house style or operation, and support. The first 18 people taken into Emma Chisit will have the additional eligibility to run a regional team of 6-12 other Operators as the business expands to realise its full National potential. Team leaders who operate in this way will ALSO be able to run their own revenue generating activities, but will also EARN commissions from the activites of their team Operators as well. This is NOT a MULTI LEVEL (MLM) style SCAM, THERE IS NO HARD SELLING. NO COLD CALLING ANYONE. Your business flow will come from two directions - some via Emma Chisit's promotional work which will create requests asking for YOU to call, and some via your own prospecting work in your patch - but repeat - there will be NO COLD CALLING ANYONE, and NO HARD SELLING will be needed. Your Customers will have asked to see you, and just want you to DELIVER THE SERVICE.Most Operators will be full-time, however there will be some part-time flexi-time opportunities as well by agreement. The work is 80% outdoors and mobile although normally within 15 miles of your home.
To start, you will need a minimal investment in specific Equipment, and only as the purchase of YOUR equipment to do the job, and which YOU will own fully. You will not be asked to buy equipment from Emma Chisit, you will buy it yourself on the High Street or from your own contacts if you have them. At this early stage there will be NO up-front investment payments needed to the Emma Chisit business (although as the business expands it is likely later Franchisees will be required to buy an area Franchise - low sums are envisaged - but in the first wave of expansion these charges will be waived). You will pay Emma Chisit central a commission from each sale YOU make in YOUR region under a protected postcode ownership, for as long as you perform satisfactorily. If you already have a full-time job but wish to build your own business over time, then it may be possible to start on a part-time basis, with a likely 3-months window, after which you be expected to work full time. A small number of the franchise operations will be permitted to operate permanently part-time (i.e. on an on-going basis), however MOST of the available territories will be expected to build towards full-time working, and this must be the intention of the appointed operator at the start
