Craft training to NVQ level is an inherent part of our workforce development, and by working with the CITB & MAC we have achieved the industry training award.

Quality

As a manufacturer of mastic asphalte since the 1950's, Cambridge Asphalte has led the way with the development of polymer modified asphalt and has achieved kite mark certification from BSI for its range of roofing, flooring paving and tanking products, all manufactured to ISO 9001.

Cambridge Asphalte aims to provide the best technical support, materials and workmanship for each project. We achieve this by our own high standards and with co-operation from the Asphalte Quality Advisory Service.

Safety

Coupled with our commitment to Quality, we are determined to ensure our sites operate safely. Our operators recieve regular safety training. We provide full safety plans as part of our obligations under the CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations and audit our sites to monitor performance. We have also achieved CHAS registration, and are affiliated with Constructionline.
