We offer a full HR support service, including training, to the care sector.
Whether a care home manager needs help with HR policies and procedures, recruitment drives, contracts of employment, supervision and appraisals or disciplinary procedures, Beeches HR Consultancy can help.
All registered care homes must have an NVQ programme to ensure that 50% of their carers were NVQ level II qualified by March 2005. But by 2008 all staff must have successfully completed their NVQ. The training we offer is the underpinning knowledge required to complete the NVQ and to comply with regulations and standards. Carers who have undertaken the following training before completing the NVQ have found it easier and quicker to successfully complete their NVQ.
Social Services can benefit too from the training we offer – we are delivering many of our courses to Lewisham Social Services and learners come from residential care homes, domiciliary care and day centres; their comments are always very positive.
We also deliver training on behalf of for dementia training, a training organisation specialising in dementia and mental health.
