Here is a selection of feedback from clients and trainees...
- "We have been working with Beeches HR for several years and they have been instrumental in the success of our business. We have been able to outsource our HR requirements and they have assisted with not only traditional HR roles like employee administration and recruitment, but have also assisted with defining our HR strategy and have successfully delivered a range of training courses to our staff. Perhaps the most important aspect of Beeches HR is their willingness to work with us as a partner. They continually inspire confidence in us that the job will be done well as they take ownership of our problems and often go out of their way to resolve them."
-James Hodgkinson, Managing Director, vli, March 2006
- Beeches HR identified individual training needs with both carers and management and as such devised and implemented innovative and creative training within the organisation for both large staff groups as well as mentoring and coaching seniors and managers. The content of the training confirmed their understanding of the health and social care needs of older people, whether individuals with dementia or those with physical frailties. Evaluation notes from staff were testimony to the quality of the training provided.
The innovation, creativity and positive attitude towards older people was reflected in the content of the training, thereby raising awareness across the staffing group to the needs of older people, especially those with dementia. With this knowledge, staff gained confidence with their acquired skills and this contributed to the improvement of CSCI inspection reports.
