| Commissioning, Trouble Shooting, Site Management & Technical Writing Service for Industrial and Municipal Water and Waste Water Installations Our experience ranges from the installation of large ultra-pure water treatment plant for the micro-electronics industry, utilising filtration, ion-exchange, reverse osmosis, ultra-violet, ultra-filtration and oxygen removal technologies, to waste water applications with dissolved air flotation (DAF), clarification, continuous microfiltration (CMF), re-mineralisation, Ultrox and biological processes. Typical industries that we have direct experience in include: Power, brewing, sugar refining, electronics, micro-electronics, food, water utilities and pharmaceuticals to name just a few. We can work to either supplement your own team of engineers as required to meet your programme, or undertake to commission a complete works package. This could include all activities from, for example, the factory acceptance testing of software through pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to plant hand-over, including all necessary proving/validation, and client training. If you already have a plant that has been handed over that is causing you problems, we can help with experienced engineers who will trouble shoot the plant to highlight and suggest remedies for the problem. Most can be resolved in one visit as we have capabilities in process, controls/instrumentation and software rectification, keeping your costs to a minimum. In addition to our commissioning, trouble shooting and site management service, we can also provide a technical writing facility for complete Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Commissioning Procedures and other related health and safety documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, safe systems of work etc. We are familiar with current CDM and H&S legislation and can work to your ISO9001 accreditation if relevant. |
